Innovators, thought leaders, whatever we may name them, I believe are everywhere but not always courageous enough to share. Or if they do share, get booed out of the room (literally or metaphorically speaking). But maybe we all have the potential to be innovators in one way or another and your work here is to awaken that.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Of course, we must find the language required to stir up thought leadership within people. Mustn&#039;t we? Isn&#039;t that also an innovator&#039;s work? To articulate, orate, communicate their vision in a way that compels people to stand at attention at listen?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sort of tangential I suppose to your question. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Your aforementioned search tool by the way sounds pretty damned cool :) In fact, sounds like it may contain the kind of algorithms that are missing from most websites&#039; internal search tool (maybe you need to have a convo with Jake Nielsen?).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Will be following your journey.
