		<description>By what I read, you were obviously having a bad day to begin with.  Why didn&#039;t the previous agent take care of your finances as well?  Oh, he did take care of them....by pocketing them!  That&#039;s what the extra call was for! Sounds like he pulled a fast one over you!   Now you expect someone new to make it all better!  Everything comes with a price.  Nothing is free!  And what&#039;s wrong with a letter!  How rude of you to have thrown them away!  Maybe she wants to go back to the basics!  Oh, have you checked your Junk Mail?  You&#039;re supposed to be the customer service expert!  No allegiance to you!</description>
